Window Cleaning Procedure:

1. We remove all screens.

2. We hand wash screens with soft brush, water & soap solution.

3. We set screens aside to dry.

4. We start window-washing process.

5. We open each window to allow us to brush and vacuum any dirt and debris from the window tracks and sills.

6. We clean each track with wet towel.

7. We start by washing window glass.

8. We first use a soft t-bar strip washer with a concentrated solution.

9. We use steel wool or a wide scraper to get paint, stucco, bug marks, and dirt (etc.) off glass.

10. We wet the window glass a second time with the soft t-bar.

11. We squeegee the water off the glass.

12. We then dry around the edges with two different dry towels to ensure not to leave any edge marks.

13. We repeat the process on both sides of the windows.
